Greulich's Automotive Repair

Probably won't come back to this location. I've had work done at another greulich's location before to replace a busted stud on my wheel and had no issues with it but this location was closer to my house. I made an appointment for 10:30am for a oil change and to talk prices for the other fluids my car may or did need. When i was getting checked in basically, I was told it would be several hours to complete and was asked if i would drop the car off instead waiting like i put in when i made my appointment. I was obviously confused for an oil change but was told there would also be an inspection. It wasn't until i was looking for a place to eat nearby when the worker asked if i needed a ride home because the was a lot of work from the night before and that morning still left to do and they were waiting for a spot to open. Eventually an hour later i found a place nearby but when I walked outside, I saw my car in the same spot as where I left it. I understand being busy but the other thing that made me mad was the price. I was told it would basically be $98.52 even with the $15 dollars coupon they have until the 14th. Just for the oil change. I tried emailing this place before hand seve

I have used them for my Range Rover, my Lexus XL, my Armada, my Tahoe, and my suburban. Great customer service and price! Let me know what services I should consider, but do not pressure you to do them. I will definitely use these guys for all my auto repair services!

My first experience at Greulich's....scheduled a 60,000 mile maintenance. Making appointment on-line very easy. Organized, professional, quick to respond by text/phone. Did exactly what the manufacturer recommended, did not try to "upsell" or suggest additional work. Thank you Kash, for your attention and kind demeanor. Will definitely return.

I found Greulich's by chance. I was helping a friend pick up her car. They were having a $39.99 oil special so I figured why not... It was surprisingly the best experience I have ever had at any automotive center. I am used to spending more than twice that for less than 90% of the quality care. They gave my car a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed summary of their recommendations to keep my car running optimally. I brought my kids cars in for oil changes too! Its really nice when a business shows the same consistency of quality care at every visit, regardless of who is tending to you. Glenn and Kash you guys are the best! Thank you! Greulich's earned my business because they earned my trust! I highly recommend them!
